am trying to download a movie from my iCloud and keep getting the following message: “cannot save the file because the volume “Data” is out of space”. What does that mean and how do I fix this? I have a 128 gig storage on my ipad and there is still more than 50gig of space available. Appreciate your assistance

It appears that someone else on here is having a similar problem. Try saving the video to the On My iPad section in Files.
The video is 1.6g; It is stored on my icloud and all I am doing is clicking on the download arrow; it does not ask me where to save it' I am using the "files" application-then icloud- then folders- video folder.
