Adobe reached out to me and set up a time to call me!

The help person helped me to install Successfully PS20.

Here is a summary of steps he sent me by email in case we did not succeed on the phone. I am passing them on to you. Hope it works for you.

Steps:

I am sharing some steps to directly fix the issue in case we do not succeed in connecting on the remote session.

I will be guiding you with the steps too.

Please go to Finder>Go>Go to Folder and type in or copy this '~/Library/Application Support'.

In here you will find a 'Adobe' folder. Please rename that to 'Adobe.old', simply adding (.old) to this folder.

Now go to Finder>Go>Go to Folder and type in or copy this '/Library/Application Support'.

In here you will find a 'Adobe' folder. Please rename that to 'Adobe.old', simply adding (.old) to this folder.

Please go to Finder>Go>Utilities and find 'Adobe Creative Cloud', 'Adobe Application Manager' and 'Adobe Installers'.

Select all these 3 folders and move them to trash. Once that is done, please click on the link below to download Creative Cloud once again.

Please download this file and run this installer. It should work. We will be on call we can try other steps as well.

We appreciate your co-operation in working on this.
