Getting Updates
I just updated to Catalina. I have 10.15.7. What version of Photoshop Elements will work for me? How do I get an update? I tried their site and I couldn't find anything about updating PhotoShop Elements.

Adobe should be best to answer that question.
Adobe's website says PSE 2023 will work on 10.11 as the earliest. It has a 25 day demo download that you can try to see if it will work satisfactorily for you.
