I've started my new job las month and found one of the spare iPhones had an Apple ID that the user did not sign out of. I know I would need to go to the Apple Store to get this unlocked - just wanted to know what documents are needed (i.e. proof of purchase, etc) to get this done?
iPhone 8, iOS 12
proof of purchase if you have it, and it needs to be from an authorized apple reseller.
Contact an Apple Store and see what they tell you. I've worked with companies that did not do due diligence before they handed these out so I'm sure Apple has seen it enough to get you pointed in the right direction
