System is using 127 GB out of 250 GB storage
I am wondering why my system is taking up 127 GB of space out of my 250 GB storage.
I know it is not time machine because I have it disabled and never enabled it.

Just to verify, is your Mac still running macOS Mojave? If so, which exact version?
Regardless, I suggest that you run an EtreCheck report and optionally post it here so that we can try to assist you with what potentially is using up that much "System" space.

I've already tried the terminal for Time Machine snapshots and nothing shows up.
I also don't use iCloud Storage, I've always had it disabled.
Yes I am running MacOS Mojave - Version 10.14.6
