Updating to a new phone.

I have updated my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 11, however, my text messages are being sent by my email and not my phone number.

Go to Settings>Messages>iMessage and make sure that it is activated. If so, then go to Send & Receive>Start Conversations From, and make sure your phone number is listed there and checked.
