Album cover pictures in Apple Store

I'm using Windows 10 and have an iPhone 6S. When browsing Apple store from my computer with iTunes program none of the album cover pictures are showing. All I see are gray boxes. The top section shows and scrolls across but just gray boxes where the album covers are supposed to be. The wording is there. What do I need to do to get the pictures back?
