Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you're wanting to know if there is a student discount available for iCloud storage plans.
Managed Apple IDs assigned by an educational institution include an upgrade to the 200GB iCloud storage plan (About Managed Apple IDs for education - Apple Support), however there is not currently a student discount available outside of that:
