Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you would like to use your Mac to charge your Magic Mouse 2. The good news is you can use your mac to charge your Magic Mouse 2. Your mac would need to be on but it can be put to sleep while charging. Here is more information.
