Unable to use Vodafone (Huawei) E3372 - 607 dongle on mac after upgrading you Mac to MacOS Catalina from Mac OS Mojave?

There is driver provided in specific to E3372 for Mac OS Catalina. Download HiLink software from the URL https://consumer-tkb.huawei.com/tkbapp/downloadWebsiteService?websiteId=1697201 and try using it.

I found the solution for this issue. I'm able to use my Vodafone E3372 - 607 Datacard in Catalina.

Follow steps installation steps from the HiLink Installation Guide from Download982.8KB.
Download the HiLink application from Hilink products tool, support MAC 10.15.

Hi Vinay,

The problem is in compatibility between MAC 10.15.1 and HiLink and simply does not work just with new MAC 10.15.1 update. Mobile LTE is not able to connect to Internet. I asked Huawei Developing Department for new update for HiLink which will be compatible with with all future MAC updates.

Where did you find Huawei "Hilink products tool, support MAC 10.15", because I expect Huawei Developing Department will post also new HiLink update on that Huawei web page?

Hi Vinay,

I found your information for download the HiLink application very useful and I solved problem for MAC OS 10.15 with E3372. The Apple has created new version of Catalina 10.15.1 and application from HiLink is not compatible with new version MAC 10.15.1. According to Installation Guide, software version for HiLink should be 22.001.33.03.03, but from I am not sure that we got proper version with this download for HiLink. If you find also problem with Mac 10.15.1 please post.

When you are unable to update the HiLink version, click on the ‘Go To Home’ button. It will take you to your network provider webpage, there you can Connect/Disconnect to 4G services. (This is in my case).

Hi Salih,

I haven't installed the Stick version to support MAC 10.15. I hope it (HiLink Product tool) should work for future MAC updates as well. Because, from MAC OS Catalina it support only 64 bit version software products. As the HiLink Product tool supported this MAC OS Catalina version, it should support future updates as well.

I have Mac OS Catalina 10.15.1 . I am trying to install driver to E3372h-607 using the HiLink driver from Hilink products tool, support MAC 10.15. But I get the following error while launching the application.

I found the Huawei web page where is posted link for "HiLink product tool, support MAC 10.15".

I found there also "Stick version to support MAC 10.15" link. Did you install this "Stick version to support MAC 10.15" in your Mac?You are kindly asked to reply because this could be solution for all future MAC updates?
