Update is not showing for the iPhone 5c, how can I get it?

I have iOS 10.3.3 but you say I need 10.3.4 to have GPS and time to work correctly. How do I get the update if it keeps showing everything is up to date?

The iPhone 5c is not affected by the November GPS issue, thus no update is available or required. The highest possible is 10.3.3.
