Access Data of an offloaded App

Hi everyone,

I have an app in my SE iphone and this app got offloaded and the app have been removed from the app store i can't reinstall it back, this app contain a lot of important files and i need to recover these files or copy it to my laptop how I can have access to the files. The files still in my Iphone because i still can see the storage of my phone is very high for other which are my files for the app. Please I really do need help in this.
