How to redeem my free year of Apple TV+

I purchased a Mac mini from an authorized retailer on September 30th, and received it on November 4th.

I am not presented with the free year offer, no matter how many times I have logged in or out.

How can I get this resolved?

How to Claim Free Year of Apple TV+? How do I redeem my free year of Apple TV+? I bought a 2019 13-Inch Baseline MacBook Pro two days ago and I want to claim my one year off of Apple TV+. However I cannot find where I can claim this. On both the app and the website, once I sign in with my AppleID, I can only find the 7 day free trial and nothing about the one year off. So how to I calm the one year off?

Have you updated to Catalina latest? Are you signing in to the TV app?
