Apple watch series 5 ECG App not show or work

Another thing to note is that if you are under 22 years of age, your device will not allow you to use the ECG feature.

you already installed the Watch App on your iPhone and enabled it to write data to your Health app ?

It would be illegal for Apple to sell a medical device in a country that has not approved it. Australia has not approved ECG.

It wold also be illegal for Apple to operate a medical device in a country that has not approved it.

You purchased your Apple Watch in a country that has not approved ECG. Until you have BOTH the purchasing country and the country you are using it it approving, ECG will be function.

This is nonsense. I bought my Apple Watch series 5 in Greece and I use it in Greece. And ECG is available for Greece. However, I can’t find ECG app anywhere. I have the latest updates both for iOS and WatchOS. Nothing that I tried works.

It is working in India.

in gps model it should work in country u r in, if service is there.

Tap on the word HEART to get it set up. Tap on the < to the left of the word and follow the prompts.

Same issue here. Apple seem not to care that much. I live in Greece, my devices were purchased in Greece and the region is set to Greece, but still doesn’t work.

I found out why my watch doesn‘t show the ECG.

It has been bought on the airport in Auckland.

The ECG function is not yet released there (Neither New Zeeland nor Australia).

Same problem pls help
