If I were to choose one to upgrade, should I boost my ram to 16 GB or upgrade my processor? This is for a 2019 13" Macbook Pro. I'll be using the computer for Adobe applications like Photoshop, editing, and softwares that are more intensive.
Unfortunately, you will also want a fast processor (i7) or your system will be lagging with intensive processes like editing and rendering. And yes, you definitely want 16 GB RAM.
You don't say what you'll be using the computer for but typically more RAM will result in best performance improvement for most users.
