Cannot sort columns in Numbers on IOS

Here is a screen capture. The entire sheet is selected but there are no options in the Inspector. First time I have used this app in IOS—totally confusing.

Thanks, that was the clue I needed. A whole bunch of hidden menus show up. Now I’m off to the races!
