Unexplained payments on my statement for Apple.com/ ill iTunes.com. Charges made from my card which isn’t connected to my Apple account. What to do? How can I make call to Apple support servis from country where is no provider of Apple company?

What should I do in situation, If my “payments” I have got aren’t have any bill confirmations from Apple service and purchases aren’t appearing nowhere. Most important thing is my card which was changed, it wasn’t connected to my Apple account I have. Where should I found informations on Apple support page in this case ?

And how can I get support by call which I cannot make from the foreign country where is have no provider?

I need help in this.

thanks for the answer. But, unfortunately it isn’t solving anything. I had chatting with Apple support operators, 3 times during 2 day’s after I found out 9 unusual charges from Apple.Com/Bill in a same day ! I gave to 3 different operators my Apple ID, ID’s of all family members even I sent screenshots of my charges and all of them didn’t find in any account similar charges I had in my statement. Even to my only existing Apple account connected different card from different bank, in fact...

Every operator suggested me to make a call to security account support and I am desperately tried to maki it but it impossible to reach any number is on the list from mob. number which is Iranian or Macedonian. And already I found the way to make a call trough someone is living in Poland I checked my bank account again and was surprised. My money are getting back there. But in a little different amount, little less and bank took provisions for every transaction, so totally I am lost 10% of amount it was taken from my account. I am revolting, because it isn’t happened first time as my memory telling me and I will check it. So I am wondering why it is happening as I want make clear what is happening actually with this kind of transactions? Can you help me in it, somehow, please?
