Sorry, I am not familiar with iOS 13, but If you had iOS 9.35 on your iPod, you do not have a 7th generation iPod which was introduced originally with iOS 12. You must have an earlier iPod which cannot get iOS 13.
?? The iPod is not a phone. How did you make calls before? Via Skype while connected to wi-fi?? Or some other means?
Please take a look at page 1259-1266 in the IOS13 user guide. My iPod and iPhone are connected to the same Wifi network ,using the same Apple-ID and FaceTime is turned on. Making phone calls from my iMac works fine using the same set up.
Yes, that's correct. I have an iPod Touch 5 and it can't be updated past IOS 9, but according to system requirements for phone calls on Ipods IOS9 should work.
Receiving calls on the iPod works fine, making calls always fails. Any ideas?
