Unable to claim free Apple TV +
Purchased a brand new Apple TV 4K 32Gb from an Apple authorised reseller on 30-Sep-2019. It should have qualified me for the free Apple TV + service at launch for 12 months. All attempts to claim the free subscription failed miserably, despite following all help suggestions on the net.
Tried calling Apple support, who contacted me within 2 minutes of registering the fault. The support specialist cut the call as we were trying to confirm my security details.
Have given up trying. Will live without Apple TV + - Hopeless Apple!!!!!!
