Unable to claim 1 year free Apple TV + subscription after buying a new Mac

Hi have purchased a MacBook Air M1 last week and I am unable to claim 1 year free Apple TV+ subscription. Please guide and assist.

After purchasing a qualifying device you would go into the TV app on the Mac after setup and once signed in claim the offer (see below for steps). The only exceptions would be if someone had previously subscribed or used the offer. If you have verified and still having issue then contact Apple support.


  1. Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
  3. The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the  Apple TV+ tabwhere you'll see the offer.
  4. Tap Enjoy 1 Year Free.
