Lecturio Subscription

I’ve subscribed to the yearly plan on Lecturio, but I cancelled my subscription after almost 3 months of use.

Ive been informed that although I’ve cancelled my subscription I will still be charged for the yearly plan when the original subscription expires.

I do not wish to continue using the app and I do not wish to pay for the full yearly subscription.

How can I solve this issue ?
