Lock message doesn't change

Hi. I'm having a problem related to a lock screen message, the message that comes up on the lock screen of mac. I use it to post my email address and phone numbers on the lock screeen in case I lost my macbook.

Few days ago I changed a lock screen message.

The problem is that, the old message still comes up, only when I power up the macbook.

For example, the new message comes up correctly when I turn off the screen after a boot(such as clicking control+command+q, etc.), but when I restart the macbook the old message comes up without change.

I'm using a MacBook Pro 2019 with macOS Catalina. Is there anyone having a same problem with me?
