Mouse on new Ipad?

Is it possible to connect a wireless mouse on the new ipad or only on ipad pro?

Hello,

iPadOS 13 now supports external pointing devices using AssistiveTouch. You can setup an external pointing device from Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Devices > Bluetooth Devices.
