Kernel panics are predominately caused by third-party kernel extensions and hardware faults, both internal and external.

The panic log should be in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

The name will start with “Kernel”

Open one of the panic logs with a text editor, copy the text, and paste it into the Additional Text area, here (document icon).

If there are any third-party extensions in the loaded kexts section, uninstall that software using the instructions or uninstaller provided by the developer and test to see if any more panics

Above is my log file. I have had a similar experience. Upgraded to latest Catalina yesterday. System Version: macOS 10.15.1 (19B88) Kernel Version: Darwin 19.0.0

I get my Kernel panics when I reboot. Have not gotten through a clean reboot today. Reloaded the IOS several times plus downloaded cleanmymac x and ran all its stuff.

From the log, looks like it is my company's carbon black but I'm not really sure.

appreciate any help.
