how to move music so it is above audio clips on timeline

I need to check my video is cut to the beat, and there are 100s of audio clips... and my music has sunk to underneath the audio clips.

I daren't move the audio clips as it's taken me 24 hours to edit and sync them, but I really need to move the music so it's directly under the video clips.

How can I do this? I've been trying for hours and I can't work out how to do it... it's soooo annoying.

I'm in the Timeline index but I don't seem to be able to do what I want. I just want the audio lanes but not the music lane hidden temporarily, but I can't seem to find that option open. If I switch it off, they're greyed out, but still visible. because they overlap, I have to scroll down to the music, and then back up to the clips to see they're cut to the beat... it's just impossible.

Would be soooo grateful if there's a solution!
