I purchased an Apple Series 4 watch through Sprint and used it with my Sprint phone and Sprint plan. I recently bought the series 5 through Sprint and now want to sell the Series 4. Will the Series 4 only work on Sprint network with a Sprint Phone? Or can it be put on Att or Verizon and paired up with an ATT or Verizon phone and plan? If so, will moving it to another carrier make it lose any functionality? Thanks.

Apple watches are not locked to a particular carrier, and can be paired with an iPhone regardless of what carrier it is using. It can in most cases be activated with that other carrier without issue.
It should not lose any features when activated with another carrier, though its up to the new carrier to activate it on their service. Verizon in particular is known to be quite finicky when it comes to activating devices including watches that come from other carriers. Outside of that, in general it should work normally.
