I see some of the changes with iOS 13 but not all of them are available. Any ideas why?

Have you updated the Reminders database? If you do it won't be compatible with iOS devices not running iOS 13 or Macs not running Catalina. If this is not an issue go to Reminders app and tap the Upgrade button.

I'm not seeing all the features for Reminders on iOS 13 on my iPhone 8. Namely, I don't see the subtask option, swipe right and adding images to the reminder.
