GSX Error

As I log into GSX. I get an error message. After I put in my verification code. Error msg access is not provisioned.

Clear the browser cache and delete all "Apple" and "GSX" cookies (GSX cookies should be sufficient though). Try logging in again. If this does not work, then try another browser. Are you using up to date browsers? If this does not work, then has anything on the network or firewall changed which could affect or block the connection (check with the Network Administrator to be sure)? Can you access GSX from another ISP or another location?


Do you have a co-worker with access who can contact GSX support? If not, then contact your Apple representative to assist you.


Edit: Reboot the computer and try using another computer.
