Activation Lock is on what do I do when I don't have my original password.

I had to reset My iPhone 6 S to factory mode, and when I went to set up, I was asked for my ID and password, because I had set up Find my Phone on the phone before I lost the password. What a mess! I cannot get pass the Activation Lock mode. What do I do?
