Apple Card available balance - incorrect

I have used the card for two months and I've noticed the available balance never increases to the credit limit even though all charges have been paid and there are no outstanding debits. I sent text message to Apple and they tried to connect me to Goldman Sachs but the connection failed. The Apple rep said they are aware and will try to correct asap. Anyone else having this issue? If so, has it been resolved? Thanks.
