I messed around with my settings and now i have an audio icon that’s appeared and it’s really freaking me out!! I feel like i’m consistently being recorded and can’t seem to find a way to remove it. I’ve tried every setting i can find relating to audio and microphones someone help! Its typing out every sentence it hears me say, but i’m not pressing the microphone button on my keyboard

It appears you have Voice Control enabled. That's the icon that lets you know it's active. Settings>Accessibility>Voice Control.

This is triggered by an app you may have downloaded and used recently. Delete it
