Microphone icon appeared on iphone

I messed around with my settings and now i have an audio icon that’s appeared and it’s really freaking me out!! I feel like i’m consistently being recorded and can’t seem to find a way to remove it. I’ve tried every setting i can find relating to audio and microphones someone help! Its typing out every sentence it hears me say, but i’m not pressing the microphone button on my keyboard
