How to unblock emails from a domain

I local buy/sell-service creates a unique name for each conversation that is created in their online service.


Eg "conversation 123xyz@domain.no"



I doesnt seem to help to make a contact with "@domain.no" - my mail app keeps moving all these conversation emails to spam folder.


HELP!

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having an issue with making sure emails are not marked as spam in your iCloud email account. To do this, please follow the steps in the section titled "Indicate that an email isn’t junk" in this Apple resource:



Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com
