universal clipboard not working since ios 13 and macOS catalina

Hello,

Since I have updated iPhone 8 to the newest firmware and MacBook Pro to Catalina (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015 actually with Catalina macOS 10.15 and iPhone 8 iOS 13.2), universal clipboard and handoff features are not working.

I have checked that my phone and mac are well connected to the same icloud account, both devices with WIFI and Bluetooth activated, and both have handoff feature On.

I try to copy and paste from Mac to iPhone and vice versa but no success.

Any help to get this back to work?
