I have the new AirPods pro. And when I have them on, I hear a thumping sound in my ears and feel it in my head when I am walking. Is anyone feeling the same thing? Thank you for any response

I suspect they are moving around and generating noise - have you tested the small/large bud sizes to see if they work better.
When I tried the Airpods briefly in a store before purchase the standard bids seemed fine (medium I believe), after 24-48 hours I've found the Airpods extremely uncomfortable but am yet to try the small size which may fit better.
A few years ago I bought some expensive over ear headphines and similarly found loud cluning noises with footsteps or jaw motion which was annoying using them at the gym.
I have the AirPods 2 generation and also received the AirPods Pro a week and a half ago. I thought the Pro version were going to be great. They do have better sound then the 2nd generation AirPods. I walk at least 2 miles everyday for exercise and have worn the AirPods Pro everyday and I also hear every step my sneakers hit the pavement in my ears and head while listening to music. It doesn’t matter if Noise Cancelling is ON, OFF, or TRANSPARENCY mode. I still get the thumping sound when my heel hits the sidewalk. It is annoying and I never get that thumping sound in my ears or head while wearing the 2 nd generation AirPods. I also have BOSE over the ear Noise Cancelling Headphone that cover up my whole ear and I get the thumping with those as well, so I have chosen not to wear the BOSE Headphones for that reason. I am contemplating to go back to the 2 nd generation AirPods while walking for the comfort of not having the thumping noise annoy my ears, head, or music.

I tried the medium and the small tips. They fit perfect no movement but I still hear the thumping. It’s very frustrating.
I’ve tried all. Changing tips too but to no avail.
