Airpods Pro connecting to PC windows 10

Hi, does the Airpod Pro support both audio input and output on a PC desktop (window 10). I'm looking to use the airpods and be able to join Skype conference calls. I don't think the first generation of the Airpods can be connected - it has audio output, but the mic doesn't seem to pick up any audio input.

I just bought the Airpod Pros and while I can use them on my Windows 10 machine for listening to music, and they work fine with Netflix videos, they DO NOT work with GoTo Meeting. The airpod pros are connected to the device, are selected for both microphone and speakers in the GTM application, and other people seem to be able to hear my microphone audio, but there is no audio that feeds into the airpod pros - no sound coming into my ears.

These tick a lot of boxes for me (comfort, fit, ease of use) but if they can't handle GoTo Meeting, they will be going back.
