Negative balance on my Apple Cash Balance

My Apple Pay was use to make a transaction that wasn’t processed by me, someone use my Apple Pay to send themselves over 350.00 I contact my bank chase about these transaction last week and I guess they investigated the person sending 376.00 to themselves my problem is my Apple Pay is -376.00 what does that mean?, and what should I do?I’m so confused.!
