Can I change a device's name?
Can I change the name of a device in my Apple ID account? Thank you.

Thank you. This is for a computer. In System Preferences/Sharing I changed the computer name using "Edit..." but after clicking on OK the name did not change. I still see the new name in "Edit..." but nowhere else.
You are welcome. You probably need to restart the computer for the change to take effect.
