When I type my keyboard or mac randomly doubles both parts and single letters of words.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have tried the solution where you turn down 'key repeat' in preferences but I still can't get it to stop randomly doubling parts or single letters of words when I type.

For example:

Concept Thhree  - Concept three

Staff Shirhirt.psd  - Staff Shirt.psd

Shirtshirts  - Shirt

Conceptoncepts  - Concepts

Foundound  - Found

Grarphic DeesiDeesgn - Graphic Design

Graphrapic  - Graphic

Did you try the built in keyboard ?

See if you qualify https://support.apple.com/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks

If this an external keyboard then try another KB to test—I would suspect hardware.
