I can't access iCloud through finder, when I try to open the iCloud tab it says I need to upgrade to iCloud Drive even though that's what I already have. I have made sure that desktop and document folders are ticked in iCloud Drive options and I have even bought more storage to try and fix the issue. I am so confused.

What happens if you click Upgrade to iCloud Drive? What does Learn More say?
Learn more takes me to the iCloud info page on the apple website and the upgrade button takes me to the system preferences iCloud settings pop up where I can see what is checked and what's not
Have you tried unchecking iCloud Drive in System Preferences, quitting/opening it, and then check the box again?
