Hello Ive recently fixed my screen at apple genius bar but when they fixed it they didnt mention about water resistance that once i open the screen i might lose the function. I dropped my phone into the basin and the warning message kept popping up about that i cannot charge my phone because the water was detected

Follow the instructions. Let it dry out for a day and test again.
The display repair did nothing to the water resistance since it went in the Lightning port.
