How do I change a video thumbnail in photos on my iPhone 10+?

I dont want just black screen as thumbnail for videos.

I know how to change it on my Mac (play>gear>set poster frame) but can we do this same thing while on the iPhone?

If yes what are the steps?

image instead of photo as Lock Screen wallpaper? I want to use custom images - not photos - as my Lock Screen wallpaper. When I use one from my photos library, it is dimmed down so much that it is unusable. Is there a way to create those images in a way that they are usable? I am using an iPhone 11. I prefer abstract images over photos as wallpapers.

Unfortunately, you can not set a thumbnail for your videos.
