Does iOS 13 slow down an iPad mini 4, or is performance unaffected? I want to check before updating.

Have updated now through to 13.2 and no issues in terms of slowdown or performance on my 2 year old iPad mini 4. Would suggest you make back up to iTunes or icloud before updating (just in case!) and make sure you have some a few Gb of space spare (storage) which might help it all run smoothly. Regards.
