JLab Audio JBuds Air + iPhone 11 Pro (or iOS 13) Issues
Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced connectivity issues with the JLab Audio JBuds Air ear buds.
Since upgrading to an iPhone 11 Pro (currently running iOS 13.2) I've had random connection issues, where normally I'd just turn the ear buds on and they'd connect up after a few seconds they now occasionally fail to connect. The only way to fix this is to repeatedly toggle Bluetooth and try manually connecting to them - usually the second or third attempt works.
My previous was an iPhone 6 and never experienced any problems. I don't know if this is an iPhone 11 Pro issue or iOS 13.x?
I've tried contacting JLab themselves, asking if others had raised this, but got a partially automated response about processing an in warranty replacement.
