Someone sending texts to my contacts and I am not doing it at 3 AM this morning

My son text me this morning to tell me that it’s November. Come to find out my phone sent him a text saying happy Valentine’s Day. I showed him copies of my text to him two days ago and now and there was no text there that I sent. But yet the one he sent me a snapshot shows that I did do it. I was sound asleep at 3 AM. What is going on please help me
