Stutter issue (please pay attention to this issue)

It's about four weeks I got my new iPhone 11 PRO and looks slower than my "old" X. It really ****** me off. I spent a lot of hours searching for solution but nothing helped. Whenever you read a text, book, comments... whatever... you can be sure there is going to be a lag, freeze or someting like that. It happens always once per page. You never know when it happens but you can be sure it happens and it's really annoying. What am I supposed to do to find a help? That phone is more expensive than my computer and yet it keeps stuttering like ****.

Anyone experiencing video playback stuttering on 3rd party app too? E.g. YouTube/Instagram(especially stories swiping). 60fps videos look like 30fps, 30fps videos look like 10fps. I'm on 11 Pro Max, iOS 13.3. This is infuriating arghhhh.

I’m experiencing stuttering music (Music app) and input lag (Music app and CalcMadeEasy). Some apps have no lag (Spotify and Chrome). Started after hitting Settings > General > Shutdown (Following advice trying to troubleshoot Jabra headphones)

Same issies i am also facing on my XR. Purchased 20days before and i updated it to 13.3 on the same day and after few days i am noticing this issue. Really annoying while playing game and while scrolling in setting menu or any app

No , i am not able to visit apple store. But contacted through online help and they did a diagnostic test . But that test by default dont show any fault and by communication with them for 2 days they say its not a software issue . I am sure when we visit they tell us look like you hv put their phone in water etc

They are ignoring it to a greater extent. Look like they dont hav fix for this and I am sure most user will shift to android if this kind of stuttering occurs. Why pay more when we get more at less price .

And the stuttering is not the only problem about these iphones. Did u guys read this forum? - New iphones are very scratchable. Just look on the screen under good light conditions. You could be very surprised.

Me too a have an iphone xr a was on ios 13.3.1 when a was swiping between apps in the homescreen its not smooth and laggy but now on the ios 13.4 its a bit better its smoother time to time

but the emoji keyboard is laggy as ****

Thanks for the detail answer. In my case scrolling in settings app is working good. Do you experience any scrolling stuttering in apps like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Apple Music (it’s less noticeable but u feel it if open a page with album and scrolling through list of songs)?

Interesting. The woman from Apple Support told me that if the problem still happens after DFU, it’s not a software fault lol

how it’s possible that they’re still ignore that problem if it’s a software? A lot of elements on UI isn’t as smooth as it should. Hope you’re right that it’s software, but I’m more pessimistic about it because I suppose it may be connected with hardware

All of the things that you’ve mentioned working absolutely the same for me! Also I would add Pinterest to the list of apps which works smoothly. The situation is really specific and weird. I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ve texted to Craig Federughi about that and they’ve checked my logs... The situation is really disappoint to me as a long time Apple user

I have an iPhone XR, can someone tell me what was the latest version of IOS that did not suffer from stuttering? I am willing to install iOS 12, but I wanted to know what was the latest version without stuttering, thanks
