I updated my iPhone 7 to 13.2 yesterday and now my blue tooth isn’t pairing at all with one set of ear buds and will pair with another but disconnects after 8 seconds to reconnect after disconnecting. It all worked just fine before the update. Other Devices keeps searching also in my blue tooth settings page.

Bluetooth has also stopped working on my iPad, iPhone, and two iPod touches. I’ve tried everything to fix. I agree it must be related to a recent iOS 13 update. Is there no way to point this out to the apple gods? Really annoying.
And what Bluetooth device are you trying to connect with? If it wasn't working on all those different devices that would pretty well mean it isn't working for anyone. But it is working on my iPhone and iPad.
I think there is some bug on IPAD OS 13.3.
I have Apple IPAD Pro 2018
The only bluetooth device that works properly is the Apple Pencil.
I hope Apple releases a patch to fix this.
