Flights Climbed

From last weekend, my apple watch series 4 is giving too high values for flights climbed. Even when I walk for few metres, it increments flights climbed by 2 to 3.

applewatch 4 flights I have an apple watch 4 which always credits me with an excessive number of flights climbed. Today, for example it says I have climbed 87 flights! I live in a very flat area of the UK in a two story house. No way I can climb 87!! Distance's etc are all fine. Have checked the settings in Activities but I may be missing something. Any ideas? Try resetting the fitness data.
