The keypad for number is off centered and I am unable to use certain numbers

In method of payment my keypad for numbers is off centered and I can’t select certain numbers to update my method of payment

I understand that you are trying to enter a method of payment, but the keypad is off centered and you are unable to enter the number for your payment method. I would start by quitting the app you are trying to enter the information into and restarting the iPhone. Take a look at these articles to walk you through these steps if you need a reminder.

If you continue to have the issues, get back with us with more information about the issue, what app are you using, what/where are you trying to enter payment method for, etc. We can then go from there to help you with the issue.
