Airplane mode won’t shut off?
Why does the plane icon in the upper left corner on my phone still show even after I’ve turned off Airplane mode?

Once you have backed up, you can reinstall the iOS software using this link:

If the issue is still present, try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and setting it up as a new iPhone:
