Phone Froze

My iPhone froze after trying to connect it w/ a usb cable onto my MacBook Air. I locked my phone & the “Trust This Computer?” Is still there. I can’t press “trust” or “don’t trust” & I can neither power off my phone. Can anyone help me? Btw I have an iPhone XS Max
